Key responsibilities Conduct high-volume recruiting for Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians in designated areas Collaborate with operations, HR, and local teams to identify staffing needs Source candidates using various platforms, including job boards and social media Required qualifications 1-2 years of healthcare recruiting experience, preferably in ABA Experience in high-volume recruiting environments Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Calendly, MONDAY.com, Smartsheet, and ADP Familiarity with multiple Applicant Tracking Systems Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a commitment to professionalism and confidentiality
